Q: Is there a catalog of cards available? A: Because my collection of cards are continually evolving due to requests, I have forgone a printed catalog in favor of the website, with its far wider reach and ease of updating.

Q: How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted? A: As soon as you click on the "Place Order" button, your order is en route. Shortly thereafter you will receive a confirmation email.

Q: Can I order by phone, fax or email? A: Not at this stage as I am not able to take secure payments via these methods.

Q: Are all of your products on hand for immediate delivery? A: Yes as I am offering same day or next business day postage.

Q: How are your cards shipped, how much does shipping cost and how long does it take? A: Please read my shipping and handling policy found at the top of this page.

Q: Are all cards guaranteed? A: Absolutely. All my cards are unconditionally guaranteed, and if for some reason you're not delighted with them, I'll send you a refund or exchange if they are returned in the same condition they were received.
